Enable edit timing to change task
Hi!
Really enjoying the software. :) Today, I added a timing and realized that I'd added the timing having selected the incorrect task. In my use case, each task represents a different client for which I do work. Occasionally, I accidentally manually add a timing for the wrong client, so it would be nice in the Edit Timing window to be able to select the correct task, i.e., reassign the timing to a different task.
Thanks for the great software!

Hi Trane,
I’m glad you are enjoying the app!
In the “Timings” view of Timelime’s main window, you can change the task of a timing by right-clicking on it and selecting “Assign to recent task” or “Assign to task” from the contextual menu and then selecting the appropriate task.
Alternatively, you can drag&drop a task from the task list (left column of the window) on the timing, and the the task will be assigned to this timing.
If you want to assign a different task to the currently running timing, you can right-click on the Timelime menu item and select “Assign to task” there (or press the option-key to choose one of the recent tasks right away).
I hope this helps,
Niko
