I use notes as a "flag" to indicate if I have entered my timing in a software used by the place where I work. I use "compacted" view to easily enter total time for each task in this other software. Then, I have to go back in "normal view" to add my "flag" to each task related to the compacted one I entered time for... Could be great to be able to enter same note for all task selected using compacted view. When one of the task already have a note, it should be in gray to indicate it.

    Hi Stephane,

    Thank you for your suggestion.
In the next major update of Timelime, you’ll be able to mark tasks and timings individually as “billed”. I think this feature will be helpful in your scenario, so you don’t have to use the the notes field for this.
