Export tasks / subtasks

Currently I can only export Timings, but I'd like to export Tasks (incuding the total time worked on that task) to use it for billing purposes. The export should contain at least the Task name and the total time, and maybe also date of first and last timing (so you could get worked on from ... until ... ). There could be more Options like to set a start/end date for exports, for example if someone crates monthly exports (bills) and also the granularity of the task level.

I would still like to see this feature. The purpose of exporting tasks (with aggregated timings) would be that I have a line for each task with the time I worked on. That way I could easily use it for billing purposes. The task description would be the description of the position in the bill and the time (multiplied with my rate) would be the price. Using the editing functions from sublimetext editor it would be really easy and fast to create bills.

BTW: I use a simple latex template to create bills, no billing apps involved.

    Hi Lars,

    Thanks for the suggestion!
I have put this feature on the todo list for the next major update.
Would you need this export in CSV format?

Hi Niko, thanks for your great and fast support. Yes, csv would be fine, the same way as the timings. It might be an extension of the timings export, like "export aggregated timings (for selected tasks)". That way you may do not have to code to much to get this done.
