it would a nice addition if there would be an option to automatically round the times to xx minutes, e.g. 5mins, 10mins, 15mins.

Best regards,

    Thanks for your suggestion.

Do you mean when stopping the timer, the recorded times will be multiples of xx minutes.

Could you please explain when this option would be useful?

    Have a good night ;o)

Normally you don't account every minute for a project. It is just an automated way to have cleaned times, e.g. 10:15 15m instead of 10:14 13m. Regarding the start time I don't know if it is possible in an automated way without cluttering times (or generate overlapping time slices). So normally you would ceil the times (13 = 15, 10 = 15 etc. when rounding to quarter hours).

I hope this is understandable. The app "timings" for example offers a feature like this.

Thanks, i'll have a look at the app "Timings" and see if I can add this feature in an update.

    Hi Niko,

I agree that this feature would be useful. I personally snap my timings to 5 minute intervals, but I know others use 15 minutes as their minimum time recorded working on any one task. At the moment I simply round everything by a manual edit, but this can be time consuming!
