Hiding objects
Dear Niko,
is there any possibility to hide some of the projects instead of deleting them?
As I work for some companies within different projects I would like to keep the project once finished in the folder of the company but would like to hide them in order to have a better view upon the objects still ongoing. Or probably there is some kind of active / inactive flag for the project which enables them to hide/unhide?
The best idea I have so far is to create a kind of subfolder "inactive" under the company and move all inactive items there.
Any other / better suggestion?
Thank you in advance.
Christian

Dear Christian,
Yes, what you can do is archive the tasks you would like to hide.
To do so, right-click on a task and select “Archive Task”. Archived tasks are always hidden in Timelime’s menu bar panel task list. In the task list of the Main Window, you can use the two buttons in the status bar to show/hide archived tasks. If necessary you can unarchive tasks there too…
I hope this helps,
Niko
