I cannot figure out how to add time to a task. I have figured out how to adjust the hours if the timer was already running on a specific day, but can't add time for an appointment I had in a previous week for a certain task when i was not at my computer. Can you please explain?

I disallowed the editing of merged timings b/c this would lead to
consistency issues when importing/exporting data between several
computers (skipping existing timings...).
I will look into all that again when I add iCloud support, and I
will see what I can do about allowing the editing of merged

to add a timing to a task you can right click on the task in the
main window and select "Add Timing" in the contextual menu. You
will then see a new timing appear in the timings view on the right.
There you can edit the start date and duration of the newly added
Alternatively, if there is only one timing selected in the main
window, you can click the "+" button in the status bar of the
timings view to add a timing to that task.
