ISO 8601 calendar support vs Gregorian
Hello there,
I've been enjoying TImelime quite a bit (thanks for making such a good app), however I am now facing a bit of an issue with calendar support. I juggle between Google Calendar and the native Apple Calendar for work and recently noticed that the week numbers are way off between both of these. For instance, today 6/16/22, Google says we are in week 24 while Apple says we are in week 26. I've found that it comes from Google using the ISO 8601 international calendar standard while Apple uses the Gregorian calendar. I can find how to change the Apple calendar, but not the Google one.
After doing some more reading about this, I'm leaning toward using the ISO 8601 calendar, however when I change it in the OS settings, "Timelime only supports the Gregorian calendar" and that it will become fully functional again after switching back.
Is there any chance of support the ISO 8601 calendar in the future?
Thanks

Hey Guillaume,
I’m happy to hear that you are using Timelime!
I haven’t heard about the ISO 8601 calendar before.. but I looked it up quickly and it looks like it is similar to the Gregorian calendar.
I’m going to try it out in Timelime and if it doesn’t mess up date calculations, I will allow the ISO 8601 calendar in the next update to Timelime.

Wow, thanks for the super quick feedback/response!
Yeah I was reading a little more even today and there's some interesting ways to define the "first week of the year." I have no idea how that might end up affecting the totals for time tracking. I'd imagine that if there's no usage of week numbers in Timelime, it might be a non-issue.
