Inactive or completed tasks
Can you hide or otherwise remove a task from a category when it is no longer active? If so, can it be reactivated in the future if/when the task is reactivated. I'm looking for ways to make the interface as clean as possible. Having to see tasks that are complete or suspended would clutter the interface. I use Tyme now and that is an issue. Since the only way they categorize is by project the only way you can hide/mask tasks is if you complete the whole project. That may work if you're solely project driven, but I track other tasks that are constants and not related to projects.

Hi Luis!
Yes, what you should do to unclutter your interface is this: Archive the task by right-clicking on it and choosing "Archive task".
Archived tasks will no longer show up in the menu bar panel. In Timelime's preferences you can enable "Include archived task times" if you want the times to show up in the totals in this panel.
In Timelime's main window there is a button under the task list that lets you show or hide archived tasks in the main window.
If you need more help, please let me know!
Thanks,
Niko

Thanks! Does this work in the iPhone app as well?

No, unfortunately the archive feature is not implemented for the iPhone app yet. For now you will have to archive your tasks on the Mac.
