All tasks gone

Hi Niko,
big Problem. Hope u can help me!

Sync every day and till yesterday everything is gone. After importing the Backup file it shows everything - but then everything disappears again after a couple of seconds.
What is wrong?

    Hi Franco,
    please try this (if you haven’t already):

    1. Turn off Timelime sync on all your devices.
    2. Import or restore your backup on one device.
    3. Enable sync again on this device, choosing “Delete cloud data” when connecting.
    4. Enable sync on the other devices.

    Please let me know if this works.
