Menubar window won't detach

The first time I tried dragging the timings window from the menubar it came right off and I was able to move it around. I closed it and it behaved just as expected.

HOWEVER, it will no longer detach from the menubar. I've restarted the app, and rebooted the computer. I'm on Mac OS 10.13.6 and Timelime 1.5.15.

I just realized that the other unusual thing about my setup is that I have a Macbook Pro with three external monitors. I tried detaching the window on my primary screen and that worked! Strangely, the correct behavior has been restored on the external monitors as well.

Anyways, might be worth checking out even though it's working for me now.
