Backup overwrite warning pane bug...

Hi Niko,

There's a little bug - if you try to backup your data, and choose to use the same file name as before (essentially to overwrite a previous backup), then the pop-down pane that warns you has an extra title bar along the top! Not right! Doesn't impede functionality, but looks odd - I've attached a snapshot.

Hope it is simple to solve.
