Lost data after upgrading to version 1.5.1.
Hello,
Timelime version 1.5 worked just fine for me. I tried upgrading to 1.5.1 via the AppStore. When I started TimeLime after that, all entries were lost and not accessible. Fortunately, I could downgrade to 1.5 again via TimeMachine. Now the data is back again. Is there a bug in 1.5.1?

Hi Christian,
Thank you for letting me know!
This should definitely not happen when updating to version 1.5.1.
Can you please go to this folder in Finder: /Users/[your username]/Library/Group Containers/Q66UC24GG4.com.timelimeapp/Library/Application Support/Timelime
And list all the files that are in this folder (I just need the file names).
That will help me to find out what happened in your case.
Thank you,
Niko

Hi Niko,
it’s the following:
Timelime1500.sqlite
Timelime1500.sqlite-shm
Timelime1500.sqlite-wal
Timelime1510.sqlite
Timelime1510.sqlite-shm
Timelime1510.sqlite-wal
I also attached a screenshot.
As I told you, I „downgraded“ back to version 1.5. I did this by replacing the updated TimeLime-App in the Applications-Folder with the one that had been there before.
Thank you for your help,
Christian

Good morning Christian,
Can you please do the following:
1. Quit Timelime.
2. Delete the three files Timelime1510.* (Not the files ending in 1500.) -> You should now only have the files "Timelime1500.sqlite", "Timelime1500.sqlite-shm" , and "Timelime1500.sqlite-wal" in the folder.
3. If you want you can now backup the three remaining files to another location, just to be sure.
4. Open the App Store app and update Timelime again.
5. Open Timelime and see if your tasks are there.
Please let me know if it worked,
Niko
