Missing font in display panel
Hi,
My main panel has a missing font where the running and project totals should be (see attached).
Do you know what the typeface is that should be enabled. There maybe a conflict with my fonts.
Regards,
Carl

Hi Carl,
The font is Helvetica Neue, specifically Helvetica Neue Bold.
If you are running OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) or OS X 10.11 (El Capitan), this font should be located here /System/Library/Fonts/HelveticaNeue.dfont.
You can use Apple's Font Book app, to check if it is enabled (which it should out of the box).
Thank you,
Niko

Hi Niko,
Problem is I run an opentype version of Helvetica not the True Type System
version, I can't have both running at the same time and I can't disable the
OT version.
I use LinoType font explorer rather than Apple's default Font Book.
Is there another fix? It's a bit pointless if I can't see the times.
Thanks,
Carl

P.S.
Even if I resolve the conflict I get the attached display:[image: Inline

Hmm, when the "HelveticaNeue.dfont" (the one that comes with OS X) is enabled, it should work.
Please try to restart Timelime/your Mac after resolving the conflict.

Success...!!!
And it appears it will let me have the OT version open as well as the
system version.
Cheers,
Carl
