Unwanted Change while Editing "Stop Time" in Main Window

Timelime View Setting: Main Window ("Timings" view with "Show notes" checked)

When I try to edit the "stop time" under this view setting, the "PM" automatically changes to "AM" and I am unable to change it back. This problem doesn't seem to occur every time I edit a time entry under this setting. However, I'm can't seem to provide details to replicate what I experienced.

I searched the Knowledge Base but didn't find a similar issue. Just wondering whether anyone has had this problem?
