Timeline App will not open
Hello,
I purchased the app but it wiil not open. Running OS X 10.7.5 Please advise.

After you start Timelime for the first time, there should be a item visible in the menu bar. that says "No task". (Make sure there is enough room in the menu bar.)
If there is no menu bar item, try quitting the app using Activity Monitor (Applications -> Utilities), and restart it.
If it still doesn't show the menu bar item, please try deleting the app and re-download it from the app store.
Please let me know, if your problem persists after these steps.

I have the same problem only I have deleted the App but now I can not reinstall as the App already says Installed.

Hi, my system 10.7.5 an TimeLine version 1.1.1 / it will not open / update in App Store will not because a higher version 10.8.5 is required. / Where can I download a new installation for version 1.1.1? Where can i find the data in the library-folder for in order not to lose? Thanks for helping

Hi Claudio,
all the app's data is stored in this folder:
/Users/[your username]/Library/Containers/com.timelimeapp.mac/
The database file is this one:
/Users/[your username]/Library/Containers/com.timelimeapp.mac/Data/Library/Application Support/Timelime/Timelime.sqlite
I'm not sure how to redownload the app in your case. I will contact the Apple support about what to do and let you know then.
