    Hello Christon,
I’m not sure why, but your post got stuck in the Tender spam filter. I just read it. A little late… sorry for that!

Thank you for purchasing my app!

After you start Timelime for the first time, there should be a item visible in the menu bar. that says "No task". (Make sure there is enough room in the menu bar.)
If there is no menu bar item, try quitting the app using Activity Monitor (Applications -> Utilities), and restart it.
If it still doesn't show the menu bar item, please try deleting the app and re-download it from the app store.

Please let me know, if your problem persists after these steps.

    Thanks again,

    Hi Mark,

here are some things that might fix the problem:

    • please check if there any other copies of the app outside of the Applications folder, and delete them
    • force quit the "storeagent" process from the Activity Monitor app
    • restart the app store

If none of these fixes the problem. please let me know.

    Have a great day,

    Sorry Niko
It's me not concentrating! The "No Task" had always been in the menu bar.

    Hi Claudio,

all the app's data is stored in this folder:
    /Users/[your username]/Library/Containers/com.timelimeapp.mac/

The database file is this one:
    /Users/[your username]/Library/Containers/com.timelimeapp.mac/Data/Library/Application Support/Timelime/Timelime.sqlite

I'm not sure how to redownload the app in your case. I will contact the Apple support about what to do and let you know then.

    Thank you,
