Won't start
I just purchased your product. I clicked on it in the applications folder, but it doesn't open. When I tried to trash it, it says it can't be moved because it is open, yet it doesn't appear in the force close box, it does not indicate it is open on the dock or anywhere else.

Hi Roberta,
thank you for purchasing my app!
After you start Timelime for the first time, there should be a item visible in the menu bar. that says "No task".
If there is no menu bar item, try quitting the app using Activity Monitor (Applications -> Utilities), and restart it.
If it still doesn't show the menu bar item, please try deleting the app and re-download it from the app store.
Please let me know, if your problem persists after these steps.

None of the these worked, but after the third restart, it finally happened.
