Timeline (1.2) download error from the app store

Hello,

I just bought Timeline 1.2 (which looks great, btw) but there is a problem during the download from the app store. At some point, the download stops, and an error message appears: an error occurred during download, please try again from the purchases page (or something along theses lines, I'm freely translating from French).

So I tried to close the app store, kill the storeagent process, then restart the app store, and tried to download again, with no luck.

Any ideas of what I can do to finally have my hands on your app?

   Hi Charlotte,

   thank you very much for buying Timelime!

   I'm not sure what is going on there. I would do the same thing you probably did already:

   • do a search of timelime (not timeline;-) on your drive, including system files, and delete any traces of a previous download
   • sign out of your app store account, quit the app store, kill the storeagent process
   • launch the app store again, sign in to your account
   • go to the purchases page and click "install" Timelime

   If that doesn't work, I did a quick google search on the issue and came up with this: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/5757003

   If that doesn't help, I recommend contacting the Apple Support.

   thanks for the fast support.

   As suggested in the thread you linked to, I restarted the computer in SAFE mode, and successfully installed the app. Thanks!

   So, problem solved.
